Program Overview

International Year One in Arts will prepare you to enter your next semester of a bachelor's degree program at Saint Louis University. Upon successful completion of International Year One and meeting university requirements for undergraduate admission, you may enter your second year of undergraduate study at Saint Louis University. This transition from an INTO program to a university degree program is called progression.

  • Students are guaranteed progression to an undergraduate degree program through a curriculum consisting of credit-earning courses.

  • 2.5 minimum GPA on a 4.0 scale

English Language Requirements

  • TOEFL 60, IELTS 5.5, PTEA 44, TOEFL Essentials 6.5, Duolingo 90, ACT 17 (English portion), SAT 480 (EBRW), or Completion of Academic English Level 4 with no grade below C and 2.5 GPA or better
