Overview

The BA (Hons) Education Top Up Online is an asynchronous learning course that allows those with sub-degree qualifications to progress into the second year (level 5) or final year (level 6) of the BA (Hons) Education Studies degree programme.

Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or Foundation Degree in a relevant subject.
• This course is open for direct entry to Level 5 (the second year of a degree) and Level 6 (the final year of a degree).

International Qualifications

• For level 5/Education Top Up year 1 entry - 120 level 4 credits with research knowledge in an appropriate education/training relevant context
• For level 6/Education Top Up year 2 entry - 120 level 4 and 120 level 5 credits in an appropriate education/training relevant context with research knowledge

English Language Requirements

• IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking; and 5.5 in Listening and Reading (or recognised equivalent).
