Fostering Equity and Inclusivity in the Workplace

Overview

In today's diverse and interconnected world, fostering inclusive spaces that celebrate and support all individuals is essential. This half-day training course aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of equity and inclusivity in the workplace.

Fostering Equity and Inclusivity in the Workplace is a comprehensive masterclass designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to create safe, affirming, and empowering spaces for all employees, regardless of their background, identity, or experience.

Led by Charlotte Feather, Lecturer in Professional Development in the School of Education, this masterclass delves into the nuances of creating inclusive environments and offers practical insights for individuals, organisations, and communities.

This half-day interactive session will draw on contemporary research, government legislation, and lived-experience to provide a holistic understanding of the moral and legal duties in the workplace.
