Authentic Leadership
Overview
This masterclass will help raise awareness of your leadership potential, allowing you to explore your strengths in the context of leadership in the workplace, to achieve greater effectiveness and satisfaction in your role. The masterclass takes your challenging work environment and, creating the space to reflect, asks you to explore your strengths and preferred ways of working, to consider how you see yourself and how others see you, and to consider what makes you an effective leader, developing confidence and effectiveness.
The course is aimed at both experienced leaders and anyone relatively new to leadership, who occupy roles requiring them to demonstrate leadership formally or informally.
The masterclass is designed and delivered by highly qualified practitioners who have experience and expertise in their subject. We have a highly successful track record of tailoring course content to your needs to transform your understanding of the subject, which translates into increased effectiveness and satisfaction in your professional practice.
