Creating LGBTQ+ Inclusive Spaces

Overview

In today's diverse and interconnected world, it is essential to foster inclusive spaces that celebrate and support individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. This comprehensive masterclass will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to create safe, affirming, and empowering spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.

Led by Charlotte Feather, LGBTQ+ advocacy and inclusion specialist, the course will delve into the nuances of creating inclusive environments and offers practical insights for individuals, organisations, and communities. The interactive session will draw on contemporary research, government legislation, and lived experience to provide a holistic understanding of the moral and legal duties in the workplace.

You will gain a deep understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals and learn how to dismantle barriers to inclusivity through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and group activities.
