Course Overview
The Bachelor of Nursing is a three-year degree that provides students with the clinical knowledge and hands-on skills required to function as an effective and ethical registered nurse in a range of health settings. The course is designed by nurses for nurses and is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).

Entry Requirements
- Applications are being accepted for students commencing Year Two via a Diploma of Nursing Pathway option ONLY.
- Students with a Diploma of Nursing will receive a credit for year one of the course.

Placement
- Professional Experience Placements [PEP] at TAFE Queensland are a mandatory component of this course.
- PEP is embedded throughout the course to provide quality learning experiences, in a variety of health care settings, that develop your knowledge and skills, to prepare you to practice as a registered nurse.
- A minimum of 800 successful hours of PEP in an approved clinical setting is required by all students.
