Course Overview

Completion of this non-accredited course will allow you to apply for an Owner Builder Permit required to build, renovate or extend your own home to a value greater than $11,000.

Developed in conjunction with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, this course covers the training required for prospective owner builders. You will be supported by our industry-experienced professional trainers to ensure you get the skills you need to gain an Owner Builder Permit.

Upon successful completion of three assessments you will gain a Statement of Participation as you will have met the requirements to apply for an Owner Builder Permit.
