- Domestic and International students: A Certificate III level qualification from the ICT Information and Communication Technology Training Package or the following two units: ICTPRG302 – Apply introductory programming techniques, ICTSAS310 – Install, configure, and secure a small office or home office network
- Traineeship pathway: To study a traineeship program you must be indentured as a trainee with your employer.
- International students: English Language Proficiency: Academic IELTS 6.0 (no individual band less than 5.5) or equivalent, Academic Requirements: Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent)
