Course Overview

The Certificate of Safety Training (CoST) Continued Competence Refresher Training is designed for holders of an AMSA issued Certificate of Safety Training and meets the mandatory Sea Survival and Fire Fighting continued competency requirements for current Seafarers with qualifying sea service.


This course covers the relevant refresher competencies from the STCW short courses, Personal Survival Techniques and Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting.
