Entry Requirements
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
- Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies) or BSBSS00105 Human Resources Foundations Skill Set:
- BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes;
- BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations;
- BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; and
- BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes.
- Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
Resources Required
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
- A calculator, a laptop or tablet device, a USB and a headset including microphone
Assessment Methods
Skill and knowledge assessments are an essential step in progressing through your course.
