Programme Overview

The Master in Railway Infrastructure Management program of Lincoln University College, Malaysia (LUC) is designed to help the students to develop knowledge and skills for professional careers in railway infrastructure studies. The curriculum of this course is structured in such a way so that the students can enrich their capacity in this field in order to broaden their sphere of opportunities in the job market. This program has a mechanism to broaden the sphere of study, developing novel means of improving the railway infrastructure, contributing to sustainable economy and making new inventions for the betterment of the society, and to utilize the learning to bring prosperity to the masses.

  • Passed Bachelor’s degree (Level 6 MOH) with at least CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent as received by the PPT senate; or
  • Passed Bachelor’s degree (Level 6 MOH) with a CGPA below 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent qualification is acceptable subject to a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field; or
  • Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia

Through this course the students will develop skills in business fundamentals with focus on railway infrastructural development. The graduates will be able to direct their own career path in railway service organizations. As future managers or high-level employees, the student will implement organizational policy referable to financial, human resource and quality policy pertinent to railway infrastructural projects.
