The Master of Business Administration (MBA) course Open & Distance Learning Mode offered by Lincoln University College (LUC) produce highly qualified and professional workforce for the next wave of global economic activities that will revolve around the development of the Business Management professionals with leading-edge management skills to increase their competitive advantage. The MBA course is designed for working individuals or who has not completed higher studies due to some other responsibilities. The emphasis of this interdisciplinary, integrated and applied program is on the significant organizational as well as management processes of the public or private institutions doing business on a global scale.

Programme Aim

The aim of the programme is to prepare the graduates who are:

1. Knowledgeable and skillful in handling challenges and opportunities of rapidly evolving business management settings in corporate and government sectors.
2. Capable of working successfully as a professional with the practice of appropriate values and ethics in various world business situations by taking into consideration the societal benefit
3. Able to communicate in a team to initiate, execute and evaluate impact on business of the global environment for the development and practice critical thinking skill and effective managerial skills to solve problems as a leader
4. Able to be engage in life-long learning in the broadest context of technological change for business management in the public, private and international spheres.

Entry Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree ( MQF, level 6) with minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications as accepted by the HEP Senate; or
2. Bachelor’s Degree ( MQF. level 6) with CGPA below 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications can be accepted, subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience in relevant field.

International students are required to achieve a minimum score of 6.0 for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or its equivalent.

If the student does not fulfill the above criteria, the students should do 6 months English proficiency course in Malaysia in registered centre to ensure that he is proficient in the language to the standard required by the program.
