Entry Requirements

Applicants must:

• Attend an admissions interview
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years

• Have work experience

Program Objectives

• Read effectively for main idea identification, skimming, and scanning for specific information, linking, and organizing ideas

• Sit a placement test to determine their level of English
• Receive a welcome pack
• Meet the Academic Team
• Join a class with other students of the same level
• Embark on a course to develop all four English language skills
• Receive constant guidance, monitoring, and feedback
• Receive continual assessment through class tutorials and homework
• Sit for regular progress tests
• Build confidence in English

Learning Styles

The institution conducts a Needs Analysis for each student upon arrival, which helps determine each students learning style. This approach ensures progress by blending the students learning style into the teaching method.
