• Introduction to Global Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Explore the key traits of global leadership and take a deep dive into Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and why it's essential for leading in a diverse, globalized world. Also reflect on your own leadership style and how it might be enhanced.
• English as a Business Lingua Franca (BLF) Examine the role of English as the global business language, while developing communication strategies suited to non-native English speakers. Learn to overcome communication challenges inherent in multicultural environments.
• Leverage Diverse Perspectives for Innovation Learn how to harness the strengths of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and problem-solving approaches to foster inclusive team environments that drive creativity, innovation, and effective collaboration. Build your understanding of the core principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), while also exploring the concept of psychological safety and how it can help to create an atmosphere of excellence.
• Leading Across Generations in a Global Context Build your understanding of the different generations present in today's workforce, and how generational differences influence work habits, expectations, and leadership approaches.
• The Role of Emotional Intelligence in an AI-Driven World Explore how emotional intelligence (EI) and artificial intelligence (AI) can play complementary roles in decision making and problem solving. Examine the impact of AI on global leadership practices, alongside ethical considerations and potential risks.

• Naida Culshaw Visiting Faculty – Leadership Agility and “Being” Intrapreneurial Naida Culshaw is a weaver and community alchemist, university lecturer and Doctorate of Business Administration candidate at Grenoble Ecole de Management, as well as a consultant and coach. She brings to these sessions her 24 years in marketing and communications across diverse sectors; plus project management experience in both corporate and non-profit environments; as well as expertise in program development for both adults and youth. Topics she explores in the classroom include Social Responsibility in International Business, Managing Global Teams, as well as Collaborative Work and Project Effectiveness.
