Overview
The Executive Master of Advanced Studies in Hospitality and Business Leadership is a part-time, flexible program designed for professionals with at least three years of managerial experience. The program aims to strengthen leadership skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.
Program Structure
The program consists of four leadership-focused distance learning modules, each lasting 12 weeks. The modules are:
- New Frontiers in Hospitality
- Driving Financial Performance
- Delivering Operational Excellence
- Leading The Transformation
In addition to the taught curriculum, participants will undertake a real-world Business Research Project in collaboration with a selected partner company.
Residential Week
A unique feature of the program is the Residential Week, where participants spend a week at the Glion campus in Switzerland. During this week, participants will:
- Attend face-to-face classes delivered by international faculty members
- Enjoy behind-the-scenes tours of leading hotels and other hospitality businesses
- Meet with visiting experts
- Build a strong team dynamic with fellow participants
Faculty
The program faculty combines the best minds from Glion with visiting lecturers handpicked for their specialized knowledge and/or direct industry experience. Every class will be led by a recognized expert in their chosen field.

Admission Requirements
- Minimum age: 25 years old at the start of the program
- Education: University degree in any discipline
- Professional experience: At least three years' work experience, including managerial responsibilities
- English language entry requirements: Proficient in English, with options for bespoke English tests or submitting language proficiency certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge exams)
