March Break with McKenzie College
MARCH BREAK ART CAMPS (AGES 8-14)
Join us for a week of fun this March break with our popular art camp. Children ages 8 – 14 can enjoy a week of art and expression. Our art camps are a great way for kids to socialize, make new friends, and have a blast doing something they love! Children will learn problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills that will benefit them for years to come – and of course, let’s not forget about the fun!
We’ll also provide a supportive and inclusive environment where children can feel free to express themselves without fear of judgment or criticism.
PORTFOLIO WORKSHOP (AGES 15+)
This program like our summer portfolio workshop development program provides students with an opportunity to work with experienced instructors to build a robust portfolio that showcases their skills and creativity. Designed for individuals between the ages of 15+, participants will work on a variety of projects including drawing, painting and more. In addition to honing their skills, students will learn how to take photos of their work and create digital portfolios that are sure to help them gain access into the post-secondary art program of their dreams. Individuals will also receive valuable feedback from their instructors and participate in peer critiques, helping them to refine their portfolios and develop a critical eye for their work.
Tuition Credit
If you take our Portfolio Workshop March break camp and enroll in September 2025, a total of $250.00 will be credited against your tuition should you decide to study at McKenzie College. (To a maximum of $250.00)
INTERACTIVE DESIGN CAMP (AGES 15+)
Take a deep dive into our new program Interactive design while you create fun interactive games and/or programs. Learn to work in teams to get projects done. This spring camp is sure to benefit everyone while we work on critical thinking, problem-solving, and express our creativity. Don’t forget the fun! It’s all in one package!
