Course Description

This Level 7 programme will require you to critically evaluate, challenge and synthesise a wide range of current management tools, techniques and models. Specific emphasis is placed on current management concepts and models which are relevant to the 21st century business environment and context and go beyond the normal examination of Anglo American management models.

Dissertation

Upon completing the dissertation, students will gain the skills to identify research topics and create comprehensive proposals, including literature reviews, methodologies, participant plans, and timelines.

How will you learn

This degree is delivered with a flexible classroom-based method, through a variety of course materials, case studies, discussions, presentations, enquiry-based learning, and problem-solving activities.

Assessment

Assessments will be designed according to the guidelines of each module specification. In general, the assessments will enable learners to demonstrate achievement of learning outcomes across the individual elements of the programme.

Grading System

• Awarded Marks: 90-100 (A+), 80-89 (A), 70-79 (B), 60-69 (C), 50-59 (D), <50 (F)

Reassessment Procedure

Should a student fail to achieve a passing grade (below 50%), they will be granted a single opportunity to retake the examination for that specific unit.

Entry Requirement

• Any MQF/EQF Level 6 Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, or any other area deemed fit by management with a minimum of 2 years in a junior management role.
• Any MQF/EQF Level 4 Diploma in Management, Business, or any other area deemed fit by management along with a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a managerial position.
• Good English level at 6 IELTS or equivalent is a must since the MBA is delivered in English.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Domain Academy values both formal education and experiential learning. For entry into our MBA programme, we recognize prior learning that is equivalent to master’s level credits.
