This course will provide you with a clear understanding of the strengths of each application—InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator—and equips you with the skills to creatively integrate them into your own projects.
How You'll Learn
Our online courses are delivered via Microsoft Teams, providing a seamless learning experience. Each session begins with a live broadcast from the tutor, introducing the topic and guiding participants through the resources. The courses incorporate a variety of learning methods, including videos, quizzes, and exercises. Tutors remain available online for real-time support, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
Our blended teaching approach combines live and pre-recorded content, offering the flexibility to learn at your own pace.
What You'll Learn
- Discover how you can use Photoshop to create and build visualisations
- Identify when and how Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign can be integrated into your projects
- Create a streamlined, efficient workflow
- Use Photoshop to repair, enhance and edit digital images

- Use all three programmes to produce a well-designed, professional-looking layout of your own

Lisa joined Falmouth University as a Digital Skills Trainer in 2019 and delivers a wide range of digital skills courses to students, staff, and external delegates. Her key areas of expertise include Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Rush, Adobe Express, and Canva. With a background in graphic design, Lisa brings industry knowledge and valuable design and layout skills to her training sessions.

Computer & Software Requirements
- You will need access to a laptop/desktop computer (Mac/PC) with Adobe Photoshop Installed.
- If you don't have an Adobe licence, consider the following options from Adobe:
- Free one-week trial from Adobe.
- One-month single application subscription for £32.98* per month, cancel anytime.
- Annual application licence for £262.51* or monthly for £21.98* (early cancellation fees apply).
- Subscribe to all Creative Cloud apps under the same types above but for all the Adobe Creative cloud apps.
