Program Overview

The BA in Ethical Leadership is a degree designed for self-directed and goal-oriented individuals interested in developing problem-solving, decision-making, and communications skills. The students will gain an understanding of the primary functions performed by an organization. The curriculum is designed to fulfill the University’s stated mission to emphasize personal growth, individual values, and development in areas of human understanding necessary to successfully manage in today’s fast-moving, ever-changing, global operating environment.

Graduates are prepared for a wide range of professional opportunities, including management roles in corporate, nonprofit, government, education, healthcare, and community development organizations. Many pursue careers in human resource development, organizational development, and talent management, while others find success in consulting and process improvement with firms like Accenture, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte. The degree also supports upward mobility in public safety and service careers such as fire, police, EMS, disaster management, and corrections, and provides a strong foundation for advanced study at the master’s or doctoral level.
