Program Overview

The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree is a 100% asynchronous and online program designed for working adults who started working on a bachelor’s degree but who never finished. Students take one class at a time every four weeks for core classes. An individual in the BA in Organizational Leadership program is taught to develop a portfolio with which they can receive 27 college credits for life experience. Police officers and American Culinary Federation (ACF) chefs can use their certifications for program admission and college credit!
