Global Fútbol Management

Global Fútbol Management is an innovative five-course specialization offered in partnership with the Global Institute of Sport and in coordination with the renowned St. Thomas University Sports Administration program.


The Global Fútbol Management Specialization prepares students for leadership roles in soccer administration by combining advanced academic instruction with real-world industry exposure. With soccer’s booming popularity and a growing demand for skilled professionals in sports administration, this specialization positions graduates to thrive in a sector offering lucrative job opportunities and competitive salaries, making it an attractive career pathway for students. Courses will be held at the STU main campus and Chase Stadium, home to Inter Miami CF, providing students with direct access to one of Major League Soccer’s most dynamic teams.


Courses are offered both on the main STU campus and at the home of Inter Miami, providing students with a unique learning environment. Students also have opportunities to travel to global destinations such as Great Britain, Belgium, Dubai, Toronto and Australia. Regular teaching interactions with practitioners and instructors from the Global Institute of Sport further enrich the educational experience.

Our on ground courses are conveniently offered one night per week for eight week sessions. The 30 credit degree can be earned in one calendar year by completing 12 credits in fall and spring semesters, and 6 credits in summer.
