Leadership Certificate (Tier I)

The Leadership Certificate (Tier I) is a 12-credit-hour master’s-level online certificate in organizational leadership program designed to provide a strong foundation of leadership and management skills you can start using in the workplace immediately. You’ll have the tools and understanding you need to lead with professionalism and apply ethical decision-making throughout your career.

Admission Requirements

• A minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.0 is required to be admitted to the Leadership Certificate (Tier I) Program.
