Spanish Department

Spanish is spoken by over 500 million people worldwide. Proficiency in the language, as well as a better understanding of the diversity of cultures that make up the Spanish-speaking world, gives graduates a distinct edge in today’s global marketplace. Drew’s Spanish is designed to dually meet the needs of students who are learning Spanish as a second language as well as those students who are bilingual heritage learners. And with immersive opportunities, like Drew’s Spanish Language & Culture shortTREC in Barcelona, students can use their language and research skills in the real world.
