The Inclusive Leadership Associate Certificate is a transformative program that provides hands-on, values-based leadership training with a focus on inclusive practices. • The program consists of seven required courses, totaling 18 training days, and 9 academic credits.

• LEAD-1130 Developing People & Strengthening Culture: Examine effective communication and coaching skills to enhance team development, performance, and well-being.
• LEAD-1135 Essentials of Effective Facilitation: Equip learners with tools and methods to lead inclusive, impactful group discussions that drive meaningful outcomes.
• LEAD-1140 Adaptive Leadership Through Values-Based Decision Making: Equip frontline managers with values-based leadership skills to drive change, make informed decisions, and foster inclusive, adaptive teams.

• Students may enroll in individual courses but must enroll in the Inclusive Leadership Associate Certificate program through Education Planner BC before taking the final course, LEAD-1560 Leadership in Action: Putting it all Together.
