Adult Probation Assessment & Planning

Course Details

This course builds on the material learned in CORR-1073 Adult Probation Assessment & Planning (PO) Part 1. The learner will apply the concepts learned using scenarios and role-plays and will receive peer and instructor feedback. Content will include relationship violence (K-file) and sexual offences (SO). The learner will also integrate effective case management for women, apply the community risk needs assessment tool (CRNA) and spousal assault risk assessment (SARA). Community work service, alternative measures, and electronic supervision will also be discussed in this in-person course.
