Commercial Vehicle Rescue Training

Course Details

This course will provide advanced training in extrication and disentanglement techniques to remove victims trapped in large or heavy vehicles. Students will learn stabilization techniques of heavy vehicles, methods of accessing the cab and some of the lifting techniques of heavy vehicles. Students will also cover packaging, treatment, and victim removal. In addition, attention will be given to advanced stabilization and rescue procedures for unusual vehicle rescue situations.
