Course Details

This course provides an overview of Civil Court processes and the importance of capturing protection and firearms orders in the Court Clerk Desktop in the role of a Court Clerk. The importance and purpose of the forms required to order a section 211 report will also be provided as well as how to capture these orders accurately in the Court Clerk Desktop (CCD) to ensure the orders are registered with the Protection Order Registry and the Canadian Firearms Centre.
