Course Details
This course is designed to provide the learner with an overview of court processes including in-court technology, court clerk desktop, and electronic filing systems. In addition, the learner will be introduced to the responsibilities of a court clerk such as proper conduct and decorum, file and court list preparation, and where to find witness oaths and affirmations speaking notes. Proper procedures in handling exhibits, transcripts and interpreters will also be provided.
