This Directed Studies course consists of concentrated study of a topic in the discipline of the degree selected by the student in consultation with the Dean or appointed faculty member. It is open to students who have fulfilled the 3000 level education requirements of an academic credential. Directed Studies courses are not to duplicate material covered in other courses within the degree, and should contain an element of originality.
