Fundamentals of Police Instruction
Course Details
This course focuses on the principles of adult education. Participants will learn about adult education, lesson plan development, writing learning objectives, constructing rubrics, and learner-centred teaching techniques. The majority of the course will then focus on participants designing, delivering, and receiving feedback on a series of lessons and associated lesson plans. Additional sessions will be tailored to meet the needs of the group. Assessment is formative, through feedback from other participants and learners in the course.
