Course Details

This course will prepare participants to become members of an industrial fire brigade trained to the incipient level. Topics covered will include communication systems and equipment along with the basic understanding of fire behaviour. Participant will be introduced to firefighting equipment and the proper use, cleaning, inspection, and process for returning to service. Participants will participate in live fire activities using portable fire extinguishers, hand lines, master streams and firefighting foam.
