In this course, you will explore the foundations of effective interpersonal communication within conflict situations. You will reflect on your own communication patterns and cultivate skills such as empathetic listening, and assertive self-expression so that you can utilize these skills to positively impact both the sender and the receiver. Through experiential exercises, you will apply these skills to real-life scenarios, exploring their strategic use to enhance your effectiveness in interpersonal interactions towards collaborative resolution of conflict. You will boost your communication toolkit and transform the way you engage with others.
