Labour Management in Public Safety
Course Details
Learners will acquire the skills and knowledge to prepare them, as public safety managers and executives, to craft sound labour relations strategies, forge strong positive labour management partnerships, and participate effectively in collective bargaining and collective agreement administration. Learners will also examine emerging issues and recent developments in labour management and industrial relations and assess their implications for the public safety sector.
