Program Overview


Law Enforcement in a Diverse Society

Course Details

Learners will critically assess issues in diversity including, but not limited to race, age, gender, ethnicity, class, and sexual orientation. They will gain understanding of who is impacted, identify implications for law enforcement personnel, and develop skills to enable them to interact more effectively with diverse populations. Special emphasis will be focused on major ethno-cultural groups in BC. (Formerly LESD105)
