Operational Management Fundamentals
Course Details
This course provides new or current managers in Court Services Branch (CSB) with key information for managing a court location. This includes tools to support staff, resources to manage facility requirements, information to deal successfully with various justice system stakeholders, and important information necessary to fulfill the policy and procedural accountabilities defined in the generic job description for CSB managers. Operational Management Fundamentals (OMF) is intended for new or current managers (including HQ managers) and managers on temporary appointments.
