Course Description

In this course individuals currently licensed as Primary Care Paramedics (PCP) with intravenous (IV) license endorsements or recently trained at the PCP level will gain the knowledge required to practice as per the 2022 Ministerial Order M292 and the 2024 Ministerial Order M244. After successfully completing this course students will be prepared to register for the PCP Scope Skills M292 & M244 course.

To be suitable for this course students should have previous education in Primary Care Paramedicine, either a recent graduate or licensed to practice as an Emergency Medical Assistant with a Primary Care Paramedic scope of practice.
