Sexual Offences: Supervision and Service Planning for Youth
This course provides the foundation for working with youth who have committed sexual offences, and includes specific knowledge on policies and service planning requirements, child and adolescent sexual development, the role and function of Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services (YFPS), and interviewing techniques. This three-day in-person course is only available to Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) employees as follows (order of priority):
- probation officers in training
- youth justice team leaders, and
- other MCFD youth justice personnel requiring this training Students attending this course will be required to complete pre-reading materials to be reviewed in class.

- Complete YJUS-1101 and YJUS-1110
