Location
Face-to-face learning on the University site in classrooms and online learning delivered via virtual learning environment.
Learning and Teaching
The summative assessment at the end of the module is an academic poster presentation. Students will deliver a poster presentation and critical reflection on their practice.

Entry Requirements

- International: No International Entry Requirements for this course
- This module is aimed at practicing Registered Nurses and Registered Allied Health Professionals working in community rehabilitation, who are in roles leading to or that will require advanced skills. Students are required to have at least 3 years’ experience working in practice. Students should be working in, or towards an advanced practice role with support from their manager.

Course Overview
Students will explore population health approaches, social determinants of health, and health inequalities to understand the needs of the local population. Students will become confident in developing innovative, transformative solutions/interventions that are community-based and population-driven. Students will critically reflect on how theories of education and leadership impact on leading and managing their teams and services.
