MBA in Tech Leadership
Our MBA in Tech Leadership degree is a general management degree with a focus on the fast-paced and ever-changing technology industry.
The overall objective of the MBA in Tech Leadership degree is to educate individuals as general managers in the tech industry and support the demand for skilled professionals as new technologies emerge and existing ones evolve.
The MBA in Tech Leadership will assist participants to take on greater levels of responsibility in their current organisations and enable experienced managers to more easily move into technology-related industries with greater confidence and knowledge.
This MBA degree is available to study full-time on-campus, or online as a full-time course (1 year) or with Professional Practice Year (2 years) or part-time online (2 years).

MBA in Tech Leadership
Our Master of Business Administration in Tech Leadership (MBA in Tech Leadership) is focused on developing your business management and leadership skills with a significant emphasis on cutting-edge and developing technologies, their application in the business world, and the legal challenges and risks.
Teaching strategy is student-centred and is driven by intense case analysis, simulations, practical application of business tools and group activities. The aim is to bring the real world of business into the classroom to prepare students for what they might encounter in the working world.
Designed with an emphasis upon meeting industry developmental needs, you’ll learn how to be:
- A business management professional, expert in the advanced study of organisations, their management and the changing context in which they operate, both nationally and internationally, as well as the unique challenges of tech industries.
- A critically aware learner who can identify how to fast-track business opportunities in a corporate or entrepreneurial venture.
- A confident manager and leader who can convert theory into practice from a detailed and informed perspective, to advance the effectiveness of an organisation.
The 2-year version 'with Professional Practice' will give you the opportunity in your second year to showcase your practical experience by choosing to undertake either a paid placement in a company, a dissertation, a business project, a consultancy project or a business plan.

Students will study for one year divided into three semesters of 13 weeks. In each semester full-time students will study 60 credits of taught modules.

- Strategic Accounting, Corporate Reporting and Finance (15 credits)
- Generating Value through Marketing in the Digital Age (15 credits)
- Legal Tech (15 credits)
- Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain (15 credits)
- Organisational Behaviour and People Management (15 credits)
- Cybersecurity strategy and risk management (15 credits)
The MBA Challenge modules form an integrative thread across the programme:
- The Leader’s Challenge: Creating a mindset (1st semester) (15 credits)
- The Innovator’s Challenge: Create your digital product (2nd semester) (15 credits)
- The CEO’s Challenge: Strategy and Integration (3rd semester) (15 credits)
- Capstone: Connecting the MBA with Your Career (runs in the 2 weeks after the 3rd semester) (0 credits)
