Program Overview


International Planning and Sustainable Development MA

Overview

This course is aimed at built environment professionals and others with a relevant social or physical science background who wish to gain an in-depth understanding of planning and sustainable development, whether to improve career prospects in their country or enter international practice.


Course Structure

The course is divided into two pathways: Spatial Planning and Urban Resilience. Both pathways have full Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) accreditation as a ‘Combined Planning Programme’.

Entry Requirements

  • A minimum of a lower second class honours degree (2:2) in a relevant built environment or land planning-related discipline.
  • If your first language is not English, you should have an IELTS 6.5 with at least 6.5 in writing and no element below 6.0.
  • Applicants are required to submit one academic reference.

Tuition Fees

  • UK tuition fee: £10,900 (Price per academic year)
  • International tuition fee: £18,000 (Price per academic year)
