The Construction Quantity Surveying Technician apprenticeship is a two-year program designed to support new starters in the quantity surveying profession or junior members of the surveying team. Requirements
- Applicant Profile: Passion for the built environment and a desire to gain an understanding of how projects are procured, built, and delivered
- English Language Requirements: IELTS score of 6.0 (no element below 5.5)
- Employment Requirements: Currently in full-time employment (minimum 30 hours a week), spending at least 50% of time in England
- Delivery: Part-time, day release basis over a two-year period
- Application Deadline: July 2025 for September 2025 intake

- GCSE: English Language and Mathematics at grade C/level 4 or above
- UCAS Tariff Points: 72 points
- BTEC National Diploma: National Diploma MPP
Alternative Entry Requirements
- Salford Alternative Entry Scheme (SAES): For students who may not meet the stated entry criteria
