This module will enable students to analyse aspects of educational practice and recommend improvements in their educational context. Students will critically reflect on their learning from a National Professional Qualification and use evidence-informed approaches to plan improvements.

Course Content
This Level 7, 30 credit module analyses aspects of educational leadership and practice and builds on existing studies to recommend improvements in an educational context. You will critically reflect on learning from a National Professional Qualification and use evidence-informed approaches to plan improvements.
This module offers flexibility in learning as students join online to fit around busy lifestyles. This module can be taken as a standalone or part of the MA Education.
