This Master’s course provides advanced study for those who hold a current registration as a nurse, either in the UK or an international healthcare setting. Entry Requirements
UK Applicants
- Standard requirements: A minimum 2:1 undergraduate Bachelor’s (honours) degree
- Programme-Specific Requirements: Any Bachelor's degree subject is acceptable. You will need a current valid registration as a nurse, with two years post-registration experience being desirable.
International Applicants
- Equivalent International qualifications: Select a country to determine equivalent qualifications
- English language requirements: English language band D. Nationals of majority English speaking countries who have permanently resided in this country are not usually required to complete an additional English language test.
Teaching and Structure

- Assessment: Combination of coursework and written/practical examinations
- Structure: Dependent on the pathway you choose, you will take 3 compulsory courses totaling 180 credits and an additional 60 credits from a range of optional modules.

Deposit
- In-person programme: Home deposit is £500 and the International deposit is £2000
- Distance-learning programme: Home and International deposit is £1000
