Course Overview

This integrated degree brings together the two complementary disciplines of politics and history. It challenges you to think critically and independently, developing the range of highly transferable skills valued by employers.

How You'll Learn

• Teaching contact hours: 15-18 hours per week in the first year, with a mix of lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
• Guided and independent study: 200 hours per 20-credit module, with a focus on developing research and analytical skills.

Entry Requirements

• UK: 112 UCAS points, BBC at A level, DMM at BTEC, 29 points at IB Diploma
• International: IELTS 6.0 overall, with at least 5.5 in each component area

Fees and Funding

• UK: £9,535 per year
• EU: £9,535 per year with EU Support Bursary, £16,800 per year without EU Support Bursary
• International: £16,800 per year
• Tuition fees for professional placements: £1,500 for UK students, £1,800 for international students
