How you'll learn
- This course is studied completely online via our digital learning environment.
- You will have access to a complete set of online learning materials delivered through our approved platforms.
- You will also have the support of an Associate Lecturer who will undertake weekly live sessions (recorded for those unable to attend) and offer fortnightly one-to-one surgeries.
Teaching contact hours
- As a full-time student, you will study modules totalling 180 credits each academic year.
- A typical 15 credit module requires a total of 150 hours study.
- In a typical teaching week you will have around two contact hours of teaching.
Assessment
- This course will be assessed using a variety of methods which will vary depending upon the module.
- Assessment methods may include formal examinations, phase tests, essays, group work, presentations, reports, coursework, exams, and individual assignments.
Entry requirements
- You should have a minimum of a second class honours degree in a related discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Services and Facility Management).

- The University will charge the tuition fees that are stated in the above table for the first Academic Year of study.
- The University will review tuition fees each year. For UK (home) students, if Parliament permit an increase in tuition fees, the University may increase fees for each subsequent year of study in line with any such changes.
