Dunhuang Dance is inspired by ancient murals in Dunhuang, China and blends elements of classical Chinese dance with Buddhist culture and artistry. Perfect for those curious about Chinese traditions, this dance form brings alive the mystical allure of the Silk Road.
Course Objectives
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Dunhuang Dance's historical origins, artistic characteristics, and cultural significance
- Master fundamental and advanced movements, poses, and dance sequences
