Entry Requirements
Entry requirements are based upon applicants' experience as a designer wanting to apply designing to an educational context, or as an educator with experience in an educational, training, or leadership context with evidence of a commitment to furthering their practice as an educator.
Candidates will normally be expected to have a degree in a related field – education, design, or creative subject, management, innovation – or equivalent professional experience.
Designers require a portfolio evidencing projects with an educational dimension. Educators do not require a portfolio but will have to talk about their interest in designing education at interview.
International Qualifications
We accept a wide range of international qualifications.
If English isn’t your first language, you will need an IELTS score (or equivalent English language qualification) of 6.5 with a 6.5 in writing and no element lower than 6.0 to study this programme.
