Overview

Wichita State's graduate certificate in organizational leadership provides students with the knowledge, tools, and best practices associated with leading, communicating, mentoring, and supporting colleagues and working professionals within a variety of organizational settings.

Curriculum

The certificate consists of 15 credit hours in coursework. Students will take courses in:

• Managerial leadership
• Collaboration and leadership
• Interpersonal communication in the workplace
• Strategic employee engagement
• Cooperative education

Admission to the Program

There are two paths to admission:

• For those already enrolled in graduate school, simply complete the Declaration of Intent to Pursue a Certificate Form.
• Prospective students should apply using the Graduate School application for admission.
