Overview

Wichita State's graduate certificate in organizational learning provides students with the knowledge, tools, and best practices to support, design, and implement professional development and learning programs for adults within organizational settings.

Curriculum

The certificate consists of 15 credit hours in coursework. Students will take required courses in:

• Learning environment principles
• Education and workplace training
• Organizational ethics and decision-making
• Cooperative education
• One additional course of their choice

Admission to the Program

There are two paths to admission:

• For those already enrolled in graduate school, simply complete the Declaration of Intent to Pursue a Certificate Form.
• Prospective students should apply using the Graduate School application for admission.
