Course Overview
This programme aims to introduce students to the core business discipline of talent management which forms the basis for a successful career in industry, commerce, public sector organisations or as an entrepreneur. Students will gain an understanding of the functional areas of business and the factors which influence business success through a talent management lens.

Entry Requirements
Mature applicants (i.e over 23 years) that have completed the Level 6 Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification or Recognition of Prior Learning (APL/APEL).
Schedule
2-3 evenings per week 6pm to 9pm (online)
PLUS occasional Saturdays Online
Lectures will be delivered live online, and recordings of lectures will be available to view in the student’s own time

Successful graduates of this programme are eligible for the Level 7 Bachelor of Business in Talent Management programme.
